My goal is to have every color feather-legged varieties of Marans, Penedesenca, Empordanesa, Welsummers and Barnevelders then grow each breed to a high quantity then cull them down to standard (if there is one) and to VERY DARK EGG COLOR. I will do this year after year, so that I may offer the best of the dark egg-laying breeds in both eggs and chicks to all my customers.
